Jim Muska

Jim Muska has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jim started their career as a Construction Manager at Imperial Homes/David Weekley Homes/Village Builders/Royce Homes from 1997 to 2005. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Law Clerk at Jay W. Dale, Attorney at Law and later at Tekell Book Matthews & Limmer. In 2007, they also served as a Judicial Intern at the 14th Court of Appeals. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at Hoover Slovacek LLP as an Attorney and a Summer Associate/Law Clerk. Currently, they are employed at Satterfield & Pontikes Construction, where they started as an Assistant General Counsel in 2014 and was later promoted to General Counsel in September 2017.

Jim Muska completed the Commercial Real Estate Program at Cornell University in 2021. Jim obtained a J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston from 2005 to 2007. Jim earned an M.B.A. from the University of Houston-Clear Lake between 1998 and 2001. Jim'sundergraduate education was completed at The University of Texas at Austin, where they received a B.A. in Government from 1989 to 1993.
