Kimberly Livingston has over 10 years of work experience, starting in 2001 at Informatica where they served as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager, supporting executive staff and playing a key role in three mergers. Kimberly then joined Reagan National Advertising in 2007 as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager, where they assisted the president and oversaw various events. In 2009, Kimberly joined Satterfield & Pontikes Construction as an Executive Assistant, managing complex calendars and acting as a liaison between senior executives and administrative staff. Kimberly later transitioned to the role of Corporate Trainer, where they trained new employees and coordinated training sessions on construction management and project management software.

Kimberly Livingston obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Robert Morris University, where they studied from 1979 to 1981. Kimberly also acquired several additional certifications, including an Instructional Design Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in March 2020. In March 2018, they completed the Adobe Captivate 2017 Essential Training, Instructional Design: Models of ID, The Neuroscience of Learning, and Train the Trainer courses from Lynda.com. Additionally, they obtained the Procore Certified: Project Manager (Construction Financials) certification from Procore Technologies in February 2018.
