DJ Tarazona

DJ Tarazona has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. DJ began their career as a Media Intern at Claremont McKenna College in 2009. DJ then worked at ACCORD5 as a Project Lead for Trellis Desk, where they developed help desk software used by notable companies such as Intel, HSBC, and the University of Pennsylvania. From 2010 to 2016, DJ worked at Hathway, first as a Software Engineer and later as a Software Engineering Lead, where they ideated and created innovative products and oversaw the development cycle for department projects. In 2014, they co-founded Welkio, an iPad app and web dashboard for visitor management, which was later acquired by WeWork in 2016. At WeWork, DJ held various roles including Software Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineering Manager, where they managed multi-disciplinary teams and launched software offerings and improved system performance. Currently, they are working as the Director of Engineering at Saturn.

DJ Tarazona attended Claremont High School from 2005 to 2009. From 2009 to 2015, they pursued a degree in Software Engineering at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
