Felicia Lea has diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Felicia currently serves as a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner at Savannah River National Laboratory. Prior to this, Felicia was a Human Resources Manager at both W International and Delaware North. Felicia has also worked as a self-employed HR Consultant/Interview Prep Coach and held positions at Impresa Aerospace, LLC., Chipton Ross, Boeing, Global Aeronautica, and Protected Vehicles, Inc. Throughout their career, Felicia has demonstrated expertise in various HR roles, including generalist responsibilities, employee staffing, and HR management.
Felicia Lea has pursued Graduate Studies in the field of study at Webster University. Felicia has also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business from the University of Mount Saint Vincent. Prior to that, they completed a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program at Teaneck High School.
