Marilyn E. F. has a strong background in human resources, holding various leadership positions in different organizations. Marilyn E. is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Savannah River National Laboratory since September 2021. Before that, they served as the Human Resources Director at Oak Ridge National Laboratory from October 2019 to September 2021. Prior to that, Marilyn held the position of Senior Manager, Human Resources at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, where they guided leadership on HR strategy, collaborated on performance management and recruiting efforts, and acted as the Acting Compensation Manager for a year. Marilyn E. also served as the Director, Human Resources at Comcast, providing HR leadership and guidance to executive leaders. Marilyn's experience also includes being the Director of Onsite Training and Organizational Development at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and the Regional Director of Human Resources at Chevron.
Marilyn E. F. holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University. Marilyn E. also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco. Marilyn has various certifications including being a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci and certifications in Human Capital Strategist (HCS) and Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
