Eric DeSimone

Eric DeSimone is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in project management and leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of SavCon since October 2018, Eric DeSimone leads all business functions and strategic initiatives. Prior roles include Director of Project Management at Savanna, overseeing a portfolio of over $650 million in development and construction projects, and Senior Project Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle, where notable projects included major retail and financial expansions. Further experience includes project management positions at CB Richard Ellis and Frontier Building Corporation, focusing on commercial development, and founding Eric D Construction Inc. Eric DeSimone holds a Master's degree in Construction Executive Management from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Pace University.
