Meagan Sanders

Meagan Sanders has a diverse work experience, starting in 2017 as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Arlington. During this time, they gained experience supervising class lab hours and assisting students with assignments. In 2018, they worked as a Server and Trainer at Sixty Vines, where they developed customer service, teamwork, and leadership skills while training new employees.

In 2020, Meagan joined the U.S. Census Bureau as an Enumerator, conducting interviews and utilizing conversational Spanish to engage with Spanish-speaking respondents. Later that year, they began working at Hilltop Securities Inc. as a Data Entry specialist for insurance and mutual funds.

At Hilltop Securities, Meagan quickly advanced to the role of Operations Client Partners Specialist, where they provided solutions for issues, questions, and service requests from financial advisors and clients. Meagan also served as a Product Analyst, managing and analyzing financial software vendor FIS, and designing graphs and trend line data for KPI review.

Most recently, in 2023, Meagan joined Savoya as a Digital Marketing Manager. In this role, they execute various aspects of the company's marketing strategy, including data analytics, campaigns, digital marketing, social media, and PR. Meagan collaborates closely with the product teams to ensure the marketing strategy aligns with the latest offerings.

Meagan Sanders completed their education in sociology at The University of Texas at Arlington. Meagan first earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from 2012 to 2016. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in sociology from 2016 to 2018. In addition to their academic achievements, Meagan also holds certifications in various areas. These include "Using Power BI with Excel" from LinkedIn obtained in August 2022, "Excel Skills for Business: Essentials" from Macquarie University obtained in August 2020, and "Open Water Diver" from NAUI Worldwide obtained in May 2016.
