Brigette Marshall

Brigette Marshall has extensive work experience in proposal management and writing. Brigette is currently working as a Senior Proposal Manager at Savvas Learning Company since January 2022. Before that, they worked at Pearson for a total of 11 years. Their roles at Pearson included Proposal Manager from January 2016 to February 2022, Senior Proposal Writer from April 2015 to December 2015, and Proposal Writer from August 2011 to April 2015.

Prior to their time at Pearson, Brigette briefly worked as a Marketing and Communications Specialist at APAC Customer Services in 2011. In 2010, they gained experience as a Correspondent Freelance for The Gazette, where they covered city council meetings, composed feature-length metro stories, and contributed articles for special sections. In 2009, they interned at the United States House of Representatives, where they responded to constituent inquiries and assisted with specific issues related to healthcare, veterans affairs, and immigration.

Brigette Marshall earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism & Mass Communication and Political Science from the University of Iowa, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Upper Iowa University, completing the program from 2013 to 2018.
