Rutger van Haaren

Rutger van Haaren has worked in the IT field since 2010. Rutger began their career as a Computertechnicus at Van Haaren Computers, followed by a Student/Stagiair role at Consilius in 2016. Rutger then worked as an IT System Engineer at Rhodix, MyBit BV and MKB-ICT until 2020 when they became a Service Engineer at YourICT. Currently, Rutger works as a DevOps Engineer at Savvii Managed Hosting since 2023. During their first internship at Sollicity, Rutger helped implement a new information system and maintained a Linux server, database and database server.

Rutger van Haaren completed their secondary education at Pax Christi College from 2007 to 2012, studying Higher General Secondary Education (Havo). Rutger then attended ROC Nijmegen from 2012 to 2013, studying Mediavormgeving. Rutger obtained their ICT Beheerder NIV 4 certification from ROC Nijmegen in July 2016, and their IT Essentials certification from the same institution in August 2014. Additionally, they obtained their BOS Scheidsrechter certification from the KNVB in December 2009. Rutger graduated from ROC Nijmegen in 2016, having studied ICT-beheer/ ICT-beheerder. Rutger has also obtained the AT80 - Sophos Firewall v18.5 - Architect certification from Sophos in February 2022, and the ET80 - Sophos Firewall v18.5 - Engineer certification from Sophos in September 2021.
