Krishnan Vr

Krishnan VR has over 20 years of experience in various HR roles. Krishnan started their career as a Field Executive Sr. at ORG-MARG in 1992. Krishnan then worked as a Manager of Human Resources at Xtended Net Solutions from 1997 to 2003. Krishnan then joined Summit HR Worldwide, where they held multiple positions, including Head of Process, Quality, and R&D. Krishnan was responsible for recruitment delivery and incubating various departments in the company. In 2007, they became the Head of Engagement Management at IGATE, where they led a division called RPOworldwide. Krishnan also worked as the Consulting Practice Head at KROWNOS in 2008 and as a Senior Manager of HR at vCustomer in 2009. From 2010 to 2012, they served as the DGM of HR at Mahindra & Mahindra, a multinational group based in Mumbai. Most recently, Krishnan has been working as the Director of HR at Savvysoft Technologies since 2014.

Krishnan VR completed their high school education from NATIONAL PUBLIC SCHOOL between 1975 and 1984. Later, from 1995 to 1997, they attended Annamalai University, where they obtained an M.A degree in Public Administration.
