Junior Sous Chef at Saxon Hotel, Villas and Spa

Shaughan Lacey is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Head Chef at Finn Lough since August 2022. Prior roles include Junior Sous Chef at Saxon Hotel, Villas and Spa and Tsogo Sun, as well as Sous Chef at North Island, a Luxury Collection Resort in Seychelles, where Shaughan managed a kitchen on a remote island. Experience also encompasses a Senior Chef de Partie position at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and an internship at the one-star Michelin restaurant Villa Maiella under Chef Arc-Angelo Tinari. Shaughan's education includes a Diploma in the Fundamentals of Italian Cuisine from ALMA and training from Prue Leith Chefs Academy, complemented by a high school matriculation from St. Benedicts College.
