Shaina was born and raised in San Jose, California. She has a passion for counseling youth and career mentorship. She attended Cal State University – East Bay, with a focus on Counseling Psychology, kickstarting her career in Customer Success. By making endless connections and building strong relationships, she has found her calling. Shaina is all about learning and staying curious! She loves to read, listen to podcasts, paint and hike in her spare time.
