Currently serving as the Corporate Executive Chef at Saz's Hospitality Group, Brian has held positions such as Executive Chef at Saz's Catering and Executive Sous Chef at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa. With a degree from the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago, Brian has a solid foundation in food preparation and professional cooking.
