Lars Monsen

Lars Monsen currently serves as Commercial Manager at Sbanken – et konsept fra DNB since February 2023. Previously, Lars held the position of Customer Service Manager at Vigmostad og Bjørke from June 2019 to September 2022, overseeing customer service operations for Norway's fourth largest publishing house. Lars also worked at Skyss as the Leader of the Customer Dialogue Group from March 2017 to May 2019, managing customer service and marketing campaigns. Prior to that, Lars spent over 13 years at Chess Mobil, where roles included Manager of Quality & Planning, Call Center Team Leader, and Part-Time Section Leader, all aimed at ensuring top-tier customer service.
