Lisa Marie Rolfsnes

Lisa Marie Rolfsnes has extensive experience in human resources and organizational psychology. Currently serving as HR lead at Sbanken since April 2021, Lisa has previously held various roles at PwC Norway from June 2017 to April 2021, including Senior Associate and HR-konsulent. Prior experience includes positions in HR assistance at Kvaerner and as a consultant intern at Ysst HMS, as well as caregiving roles at Bømlo Bu- og Helsesenter and Bømlo Bu- og Rehabiliteringsheim. Lisa holds a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of Bergen. Additional education includes studies in municipal economy and social security law.
