John Hanson

John Hanson is a quantitative researcher at SBB Research Group since July 2021, contributing to quantitative investing for a multibillion AUM hedge fund, focusing primarily on US equities, derivatives, and ELNs. Prior to this role, John served as a quantitative analyst and developer at Auric Investments LP from August 2017 to May 2021. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford (2016-2017) and two degrees from the University of Minnesota: a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (2015-2016) and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (2011-2015).
