Izabela Faron

Izabela Faron (Assoc CIPD) has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Izabela most recently served as the Head of People & Culture at sbe Lifestyle Hospitality, starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional Training Manager at the same company from February 2017 to July 2022. Before joining sbe Lifestyle Hospitality, they were a HR Business Partner at the company from May 2015 to February 2017.

In 2019, Izabela worked as a Life, Career & Performance Coach while being self-employed.

Izabela'sprevious experiences include working as an HR Manager at SUSHISAMBA London from June 2013 to May 2015, a HR & Training Officer at ATFC LIMITED from February 2011 to June 2013, and a Cluster HR Assistant (Hotel Russell & Grand Connaught Rooms) at Principal Hayley Hotels and Conference Venues from January 2010 to February 2011. Izabela also worked as a HR Administrator at Britannia Hotels Ltd from July 2009 to January 2010.

Izabela Faron (Assoc CIPD) completed their education as follows:

- From 2014 to 2015, they attended Westminster Kingsway College and obtained a Diploma in Human Resources Management with a CIPD qualification, specializing in Human Resources Management.

- In 2010 to 2011, they also attended Westminster Kingsway College and obtained a CIPD Qualification, completing the Certificate in Human Resources Practice (CHRP).

- Izabela is currently pursuing a Performance Coaching Diploma at The Coaching Academy, starting in 2019.

- DISC Accreditation from The Coaching Academy, allowing their to conduct personality profiling using DISC.

- Train the Trainer certification from ILM - Institute of Leadership Management.

- Mental Health First Aid certification from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England.
