Ray Makela

Ray Makela is the Managing Director of Talent Development at SBI, a company that helps clients grow their revenue and enterprise value. Ray is also a member of the Forbes Business Development Council and is a Curriculum Advisor and Guest Lecturer at the University of Washington. Ray is a Founding Member of the Sales Enablement Society and was previously the CEO and Managing Director at Sales Readiness Group. With a background in sales training and consulting, Ray has also worked as a Sales Consultant, Director of Consulting Services, and Partner at various companies. Ray holds a BA in Speech Communication and Business Communications from the University of Washington and an MPA in Public Administration and Information Systems Management from the University of Southern California.
