Felipe's expertise includes project management, performance optimization, safety, leadership coaching, field engineering, and strategic marketing. Currently, Felipe serves as the Operations Manager of FPSO Cidade de Saquarema, overseeing a large team and focusing on performance tracking and improvement opportunities.
