Liz McCartney

Founder Emeritus at SBP

Liz McCartney has had an extensive work experience in the non-profit sector. Liz co-founded the St. Bernard Project in 2006 and held various roles within the organization, including Director of Development and Director of Construction. In 2011, they also served as an Urban Innovation Fellow at Tulane University. Since 2016, Liz has been involved with SBP, starting as the Director of Client Services and later becoming the Executive Director. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operations Officer at SBP.

Liz McCartney has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education and Spanish from Boston College, which they obtained from 1990 to 1994. Liz also holds a Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction from The George Washington University, which they attained from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, Liz attended The George Washington University for an unspecified period and Boston College for an unspecified degree.
