Machine Vision Engineer at Scalable Robotics

Ghananeel Rotithor has a strong background in robotics and computer vision. Starting in 2016, Ghananeel worked as a Student Researcher at the University of Florida, where they developed an intelligent face tracking system for ICU and conducted preliminary research in natural language processing (NLP). In 2017, Ghananeel joined DreamVu Inc. as an Applied Computer Vision Engineer. Following that, Ghananeel served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Connecticut from 2018 to 2023, focusing their research on vision and proprioception-based state-estimation for robot perception. Currently, Ghananeel is working at Scalable Robotics as a Machine Vision Engineer.

Ghananeel Rotithor began their education in 2010 at Savitribai Phule Pune University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Instrumentation & Control. They completed their undergraduate studies in 2014. Following this, Ghananeel went on to attend the University of Florida from 2015 to 2017, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering. Their educational journey continued at the University of Connecticut, where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering starting in 2018. Ghananeel is expected to complete their PhD program in 2023.
