Miguel Ricardo Cetz Bacab

Miguel Ricardo Cetz Bacab has worked in the IT industry since 2015. Miguel Ricardo began their career as an Analista de Soporte Técnico at Grupo Nazan. In 2016, they joined Fundación Rafael Dondé as an Administrador de Centros de Datos and Ing de Soporte Técnico. In 2021, they became a Sysadmin at Grupo Sisprovisa, where they were responsible for managing IT infrastructure, networks, security, and services. Currently, they are a Cloud Engineer at Escala 24x7 Inc., where they are responsible for cloud service delivery, infrastructure, and IaC.

Miguel Ricardo Cetz Bacab obtained their Licenciatura in Tecnología de la información from Centro universitario Felipe Carrillo Puerto between 2011 and 2014. In July 2022, they obtained an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Miguel Ricardo also holds an ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
