Melissa Kwiatkowski

Melissa Kwiatkowski has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President at SCALE Healthcare, a leading healthcare management consulting firm. In this role, they lead provider and payer client engagement, providing services and solutions to optimize health system, physician group, and health plan performance.

Prior to their current role, Melissa worked at Allegheny Health Network, where they held two positions. Firstly, they served as the Director of Business Development, spearheading health system and health plan business growth through employer and producer/broker engagement. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Clinical Operations for Physician Partners of Western PA CIN/ACO, where they directed clinical operations, field team support, and clinician recruitment for AHN's Clinically Integrated Network.

Before joining Allegheny Health Network, Melissa served as the Transformation Office Leader at Highmark Health, where they managed key enterprise transformation projects and aligned internal and external stakeholders on priority strategies. Prior to that, they held various roles at Highmark Inc., including Director of Client Management & New Business, National Accounts Lead Client Manager, Major & Strategic Account Senior Client Manager, and Regional Sales Client Manager. In these positions, they demonstrated a proven track record of high performance in sales, exceeding goals for client retention, cross-selling, and profitability.

Throughout their career, Melissa has consistently demonstrated their expertise in healthcare management consulting, business development, clinical operations, and strategic planning.

Melissa Kwiatkowski completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at the University of Pittsburgh, although the exact start and end years are unknown. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Management with a specialization in Health Care Policy at Carnegie Mellon University, which they completed from 1997 to 1999.
