Francisco Lopez

Francisco Lopez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as Principal at L3e Consulting since June 2024, Lopez leads transformative initiatives and strategic partnerships to deliver tailored consulting services. As a Board Member at Scale Link since May 2021, Lopez contributes to enhancing the financial models of CDFI microlenders. Previously, Lopez held high-level roles at DreamSpring, including Chief Operations and Innovation Officer and VP of Business Innovation and Partnerships, where efforts focused on empowering entrepreneurs through access to credit and training. From 2008 to 2019, Lopez served as COO of CUALLIX, a financial institution with a global presence, and held senior management positions at KPMG and Global Systems Consulting Group. Lopez began a consulting career as a Senior Consultant at London Consulting Group, specializing in strategic and operational improvements.
