Renuka Sharma

Renuka Sharma is the Senior Manager of Community Engagment at scaleLIT. Renuka has dedicated their career to helping others and improving access to education and resources. Renuka has worked as an Adult Literacy Program Manager, a Teacher in the Library, and a Parent Consultant. Renuka has also been an Educator for Chicago Public Schools and an AmeriCorps Chicago Health Corps health educator. Throughout their career, they have helped countless individuals and families get the resources and education they need to improve their lives. Renuka is a committed advocate for social justice and equality, and they will continue to fight for the rights of all people.

Renuka Sharma has a M.Ed from DePaul University in Elementary Education, a BA from Bradley University in Psychology, Spanish and Health Sciences, and a High School Diploma from Glenbrook South High School. Renuka is certified from the Coalition on Adult Basic Education in COABE Present with Purpose, IBM SkillsBuild, the Board Of Educ in Type 03 Elementary Education - Social Sciences and Spanish, and the Board Of Educ in Type 39 Subsitute Teacher.
