Luc van de Boom

Luc van de Boom has a diverse work experience in the sustainability and real estate sectors. Luc founded and served as the CEO of Cooltree, a real estate sustainability consultancy. Luc then co-founded Scaler, a company that provides scalable tools for sustainable real estate practices. Luc also worked as an ESG expert at INREV and as a Product Lead Sustainability at Cushman & Wakefield, where they focused on developing sustainability analytics platforms. Additionally, they had various roles at GRESB, including business development, data analysis, and product development. Luc also gained experience as a research intern at the Green Building Council of Australia, where they conducted research on sustainability performance in the real estate industry.

Luc van de Boom completed their education in a chronological order. In 2003, they attended Corderius college and obtained their VWO degree in "Natuur en gezondheid" in 2009. From 2009 to 2013, Luc pursued their Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building and Planning at Eindhoven University of Technology. Following this, they attended Eindhoven University of Technology from 2013 to 2014 and Universitat Politècnica de València from 2013 to 2015 for further studies in Real Estate Development and Real Estate Management and Development, respectively. In 2015, Luc acquired the certification of "Green Star Accredited Professional - Performance" from the Green Building Council of Australia.
