Louise Jacques

Louise Jacques has extensive work experience in human resources and people management. Louise currently holds the position of Head of People at Scalezia.co, where their role involves supporting the team's growth and talent development. Prior to this, Louise worked at EQUANS France as the Deputy HR Manager, providing advice and support to operational teams on individual and collective labor relations. Louise also handled personnel administration, managed the regional representative body, and implemented various social and training programs. Before that, they served as an HR and Employment Law Specialist, supporting the HR Manager in a multi-agency context, primarily focusing on personnel administration and individual relations. Louise has also worked in recruitment at Praxion Lyon and as an HR Officer at Kohler Co. Additionally, they gained experience as a Bailiff at the International Labour Organization.

Louise Jacques began their education in 2014 at Lycée Paul-Émile Victor, where they obtained their Baccalauréat Scientifique in the same year. From 2015 to 2018, they attended Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III), studying for a Licence de droit privé with a focus on Option Droit du Travail et Droit des Contrats. During their time at the university, they also completed a DU Anglais Juridique, specializing in Contract Law and Tort Law, in 2017-2018. In 2018-2019, Louise pursued their studies at the Institut d'Etudes du Travail de Lyon (IETL), earning an M1 Droit Social. Lastly, they completed an M2 Juriste en Droit social et en Ingénierie sociale (en Alternance) at the same institute from 2019 to 2020.
