Marine Aubaret has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Marine started their career in 2016 as an Assistant Quality at Laboratoire 3 chênes and then worked as an Assistant QHSE at Lucien Georgelin from 2017 to 2018. Marine further developed their skills by working as an Analyst Programmer at AQUANAL, where they were involved in the design, development, and maintenance of applications using technologies such as PHP, Symfony, JavaScript, jQuery, React, HTML/CSS, and MySQL.

In 2020, they transitioned to become a Business Designer, focusing on anticipating the Future of Work and defining or optimizing organizational strategies, customer/employee experiences, and work practices for companies. Marine also served as a part-time Chief Operating Officer, responsible for ensuring smooth operations, providing expertise, facilitating decision-making, and optimizing processes and team performance.

Marine Aubaret expanded their professional portfolio in 2022 by becoming an Investor at Time for the Planet, a mission-driven company aiming to raise 1 billion euros for climate change solutions. Marine also joined Work in Process Podcast as a Podcaster in 2022.

In 2023, Marine joined Scalezia.co as a Scalezia Expert, specializing in areas such as organization, productivity, people, and systems.
