Harriet Butler has been working in the food industry since graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Otago in 2007. Harriet has held various technical and product development positions at companies such as Castricum Brothers, Sensient Technologies Corporation, HJ Heinz, Simplot Australia Pty Ltd, and currently at Scalzo Foods. Harriet has experience working on NPD for beverages, savory applications, and lamb processing.
