Jennifer Brooks-Mason

Vice President, Digital Strategy at SCAN Health Plan

Jennifer Brooks-Mason has extensive experience in digital strategy and project management in the healthcare industry. Jennifer served as Vice President of Digital Strategy at SCAN Health Plan, where they developed and managed the company's digital presence and led digital transformation efforts. Prior to that, they held roles as Senior Director of Digital Strategy & Project Management Office and Director of the Project Management Office at SCAN, where they oversaw cross-functional projects and managed critical initiatives requested by executives. Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked at HealthCare Partners as a Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Supervisor of MCA Reporting, where they successfully executed organizational business redesign projects, software implementations, and managed IT teams. Jennifer has also demonstrated expertise in managing the implementation of electronic health records systems and overseeing the conversion and upgrade of various IT systems.

Jennifer Brooks-Mason holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Politics from The George Washington University. In 2006, they obtained a certification in Project Management from the University of California, Berkeley. In 2020, they received an Executive Education Certificate in Leading Digital Transformation in Health Care from Harvard Medical School. Jennifer also completed a Certificate in Health Care Economics from Harvard Business School Online in 2021. Jennifer is currently working towards an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Wisconsin MBA Consortium, which they are expected to complete in 2024. Additionally, they hold certifications in Health Care Economics from Harvard Business School Online (obtained in 2021) and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (obtained in 2007).
