Keith Gray

Keith Gray has extensive work experience in the materials, flooring, and textile industries. Keith is currently the Vice President of Materials & Flooring at Scanalytics Inc. since 2022. Prior to that, they were the CEO and Director of Research and Development at SAHARA VENTURES LIMITED from 2021 to 2022. From 2016 to 2020, they served as the Director of Applied Research at Engineered Floors, LLC, where they played a key role in establishing the organization as an industry thought leader in senior living, healthcare, and education architecture and design.

Keith Gray also worked at J+J Flooring from 2011 to 2016, where they held the positions of Director of Product Innovation and Director of Applied Research. During this time, they led the product development team in the creation of innovative textile composite flooring and glue-free installation methods. Keith also developed marketing strategies and sales training programs for textile composite flooring.

Before J+J Flooring, Keith Gray was the Director of Technical Marketing at The Mohawk Group from 2009 to 2011, where they developed a comprehensive technical marketing strategy to position the company as a knowledge-based leader in the healthcare and education markets.

From 1998 to 2009, Keith Gray worked at Interface as the Director of Research and Director of Innovation. Keith led the development of chemical/materials products and oversaw their integration with manufacturing, sales and marketing, design, finance, and technical services. Keith also collaborated with Georgia Tech on environmental footprinting methods.

At Highland Industries, Inc., Keith Gray served as the Group Leader of Advanced Development from 1991 to 1998. In this role, they led a team responsible for developing and commercializing new industrial textiles for automotive and other applications. Keith also managed the product development lifecycle and worked with manufacturing engineering to ensure smooth scale-up.

Keith Gray began their career at GE as an Advanced Development Specialist from 1987 to 1991. In this role, they developed thermoplastic molding compounds in collaboration with product management, customers, and end-users.

Keith Gray has a Master of Science (MSc) in Polymer Science from The University of Southern Mississippi. Keith also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry and Biology from Louisiana Christian University. Additionally, Keith attended Louisiana State University-Alexandria to study Chemistry and Biology, but it is not specified whether they obtained a degree from there.
