David Belous

Chief, Strategic Partnerships & Government Relations at SHN

David Belous is the current Chief of Communications and Strategic Partnerships at SHN. Prior to this, they served as the Deputy Director of Stakeholder Relations and Outreach for the Office of the Prime Minister of Canada, Executive Director for UNISON, and Executive Assistant for the Minister of State of Foreign Affairs.

Throughout their career, David has been responsible for designing, developing and implementing strategies to engage with important stakeholders both domestically and internationally. David has also served as a key planner and advisor on the Prime Minister’s international engagements and agenda.

David’s experience in managing complex files and daily operations in high-pressure environments have made him an invaluable asset to SHN. David's dedication to their work and commitment to excellence continue to make him a leader in their field.

David Belous graduated from Western University with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government.
