Slavomir Hruska has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2006 as a Translator/Interpreter-external contractor at City Hall Komarno. In 2007, they began teaching German and English at Inlingua, where they also tested and assessed students and prepared them for certifications in English and German. In 2012, they became a GWK Project Coordinator at Johnson Controls, and in 2013 they became Managing Director at Media Orbitz. In 2014, they became CEO of Localization Guru, which was acquired in July 2018. In 2017, they became an Investment Manager at Investeers, and in 2018 they became Chief Investment Officer and COO at Scase, a diagnostic solution that consists of a portable, point-of-care, medical device. In 2019, they became a GE Healthcare Venturelab, and in 2022 they became a Mentor at Rockstart.

Slavomir Hruska attended Constantine the philosopher university in Nitra from 2005 to 2009, earning a Bachelor's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation. Slavomir then attended Universidad Europea from 2006 to 2007 for Language Interpretation and Translation. In 2009, they returned to Constantine the philosopher university in Nitra and obtained a Master's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation. In 2018, they attended the V4 Innovators Training Program in Israel.
