Matt Bradburn

Matt Bradburn has extensive experience in the field of people and talent management. Matt is the Founder/CEO of The People Collective, where they provide companies with guidance on building fundamental people and talent frameworks. Some of their clients include Deliveroo, Weezy, and Truelayer.

Matt has also held positions as a Strategic Advisor at Harriet and Screenloop, a Libra programme judge at Tech Nation, and the Growth and Ecosystem Lead at Scede. In addition, Matt has co-founded DBR, a community for in-house recruiters, and Heron App.

Earlier in their career, Matt served as the VP People and Talent at Peakon and the Director of People and Talent at Lyst. Matt also held the role of Head of People and Talent at Qubit, where they played a key role in scaling the company's workforce across multiple regions.

Matt Bradburn completed their BA in History and Politics at the University of Nottingham from 2005 to 2008. Matt then pursued an MSc in Economics and Entrepreneurship at Nottingham University Business School from 2008 to 2009.
