Catherine Goupil

Catherine Goupil has extensive experience in urban planning and regional development, currently serving as Directrice Territoriale for Occitanie Nouvelle Aquitaine et Corse at SCET since 1994. Previously, Catherine held various positions at SCET, including Directrice Territoriale Occitanie and Directrice de l'agence de Toulouse, alongside a consultative role in planning and support for mixed economy companies. Prior to this, Catherine worked as Chargée d'opération at Société d'Economie Mixte du Gers from 1988 to 1994. Academic credentials include studies at the Institut d'Urbanisme et d'Aménagement Régional in Aix en Provence and the University of Montpellier.
