Hakan Selale

Hakan Selale is an experienced professional in the field of quality management and engineering, currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Quality - Strategy and Program at Schaeffler since September 2016. Prior roles at Schaeffler include Director of Quality for Greater China and Automotive, as well as Head of Quality Management for Purchasing and Standards in the Asia Pacific region. Hakan began with Schaeffler in 2001 as a Process Engineer and transitioned through various managerial positions, including Senior Manager for Supplier Development in East Asia. Before joining Schaeffler, Hakan worked as a Sales Engineer at Cerobear GmbH. Hakan holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Aachen.
