Lekha Weyer

Lekha Weyer is an experienced Industrial Engineering professional with a strong background in cost engineering and management. Weyer has held significant roles at Schaeffler, including Industrial Engineering Manager, IE Group Leader, and Senior Cost Engineer. Prior experience includes positions at S&A Industries Corporation and LuK USA LLC - Schaeffler Group USA as a Senior Cost Engineer and Cost Engineer. Weyer also served as an Assistant Manager at IL&FS Transportation Limited and gained early experience as a Student Assistant - Grader at the University of Florida.
