Lameck Ndege has extensive experience in call center and customer support, starting in 2016 with Schindler Group where they held a leadership position. Prior to that, they worked at ISON BPO LTD from 2013 to 2016, first as a skills developer and then as a Customer Service Supervisor. In 2014, they also worked at Airtel Kenya as a Customer Service Trainer. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Spanco as a customer service executive, and in 2009 they worked at Zain as a Sales Account Manager.
Lameck Ndege has studied at the University of Nairobi, receiving a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Image Management.
