Thalia Charles

Thalia Charles is the Senior Human Resources Generalists at Schmidt Futures. In this role, Thalia looks at human resources through both a strategic and tactical lens, while ensuring that the organization is supported and performing at scale.

Thalia brings over 10 years of progressive human resources experience from the advertising, media and start-up spaces. She has extensive experience in the technology start-up sector including organizations such as FreeWheel Media (acquired by Comcast), WorkMarket (acquired by ADP) and Kickstarter. Prior to joining Schmidt Futures, Thalia worked at Group Nine Media as a HR Business Partner.

Thalia holds a M.S in Human Capital Management from Columbia University, and a B.S from Syracuse University.
