Vinu Viswan

Vinu Viswan serves as the Global Supplier Manager at Schneider Electric since February 2022, focusing on supplier strategy and performance management for raw material suppliers in metals and plastics. Responsibilities include negotiation, building supplier relationships, conducting executive business reviews, and managing transversal projects such as contract management and e-auctions. Prior to this, Vinu held roles at Ford Motor Company as a Commodity Buyer and Central Buyer, specializing in the strategic sourcing of seat trims and chassis parts. Vinu's career began at Vedanta Resources Limited, where responsibilities included procurement of mechanical and instrumentation spares for the alumina refinery and power plant. Vinu holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Priyadarshini College of Engineering, Nagpur.
