Shraddha Majali is currently a Sr. Manager at [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric). Prior to that, they were Regional Sales Manager at FlamencoTech India Pvt. Ltd. from July 2013 to July 2017. In that role, they were responsible for selling hardware/software solutions and services in the smart building internet of things (IoT), cloud, and analytics space to C-level personnel for companies in the IT/ITES, BFSI, manufacturing, and healthcare domains. Shraddha also designed innovative solution flows and created use cases by understanding the customer pain point and based on this, positioning business cases to key stakeholders of the organisation. Some of the notable deals they closed include orders from Barclays Bank, K. Raheja, [BMC Software](/org/bmc-software), Matrix, KPIT, NICE Systems, ZS Associates, and Talentica.

As a Sr. Manager at [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric), their role is to generate revenues by actively taking the digital infrastructure solutions to the market. Most recently, he served as the Senior Vice President of the Home & Business Networks (HBN) line of business within the Secure Power Division from August 2016 to December 2019. In this role, he was responsible for the future strategy, product and software landscape, and leading a global team of R&D, quality, software, program creation, and product management professionals.

Prior to this role, Pankaj served as the Regional VP for APJ, where he held responsibility for overseeing the business strategy across East Asia, Japan, India, and the Pacific – totaling 17 countries. Through his leadership, he ensured businesses across the region maintained a strong focus on customers and partners. He led the team of regional leaders and Cluster VPs in countries to develop customer-oriented processes, deliver innovative energy solutions in data centers, and build successful relationships with [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric) stakeholders.

Since joining Schneider in 2000, Pankaj has held a variety of roles including Business Vice President for India, Japan, South Korea, and East Asia; as well as, roles in marketing & sales, strategy, and HBN & channels for the APJ region. Based in Boston, Massachusetts in the United States, Pankaj’s achievements include leading his team to turn around APW President’s rack business in India (a company acquired by Schneider in 2011), among other successful M&A activities performed for the Secure Power Division.

Prior to joining Schneider, Pankaj worked with GE in the Services area and began his career on the shop floor manufacturing CNC machines.

Pankaj Sharma

In his role, Dickinson is responsible for all financial operations of the ~8.2 billion euro (FY ’21) North America region, including driving profitable growth, navigating the current business landscape while protecting the P&L, and supporting global peers on multiple global initiatives. He will also lead the finance transformation of the region with responsibilities that include budgeting and forecasting, talent development, internal controls and operations management.

Dallas-based Dickinson began his career at Schneider Electric in 2015 as the Division Controller and CFO for the company’s Industry U.S. division. Over the course of his tenure, he held positions that have prepared him for his new role, including as the CFO of ASCO. Most recently, he served in the capacity as the NAM Deputy CFO leading the North America FP&A team while also serving as the Finance Business Partner to the U.S. Country President. He also oversaw the design and execution of the North American Finance transformation as part of the company’s Global One Finance journey.

Dickinson’s work background prior to joining Schneider Electric spanned multiple industries and four Fortune 500’s as well as a private equity carve out of Caterpillar Logistics Services into the standalone Neovia Logistics Services.

Dickinson graduated from Taylor University and earned his MBA with an emphasis on Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Leslie Bensoussan is currently the VP of Tax for EMEA at [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric). Prior to this, they served as the Group Head of Tax at Veepee from May 2019 to July 2022. Before that, they were an Avocat fiscaliste - Counsel at August Debouzy from February 2008 to May 2019, where they became Avocat Senior in January 2012 and remained in that role until December 2015. Leslie started their career as an Avocat fiscaliste at Schmidt Brunet Litzler in January 2006 and left in January 2008 to join August Debouzy.

Ginny Johnson recently joined the organization with responsibility for leading a legal department of approximately 45 members throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Central America, and providing legal oversight across all areas of the business. She offers significant leadership experience and subject matter expertise in the areas of litigation, corporate law, transactional, governance, regulatory and compliance. Johnson joined [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric) after serving in a variety of roles, most recently Senior Vice President & Associate General Counsel at [Global Atlantic Financial Group](/org/global-atlantic-financial-group), where she also co-founded the Global Atlantic Women’s Network. Since joining [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric), Johnson has become a member of the board of directors of the company’s charitable giving foundation, and has taken on active roles in the company’s DEI steering committee and its women’s network, Women in [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric) (WiSE). Kumar is tasked with accelerating the digitalization of power networks and systems through EcoStruxure, an IoT-enabled architecture and platform that embraces advancements in IoT, mobility, sensing, cloud, analytics, and cybersecurity, to meet the growing market demand.

Joining Schneider Electric in 2008, he has held an array of positions, including leading the Strategy, Solar and Building businesses in France, USA and Canada. In his most recent role, he led the global strategy and sustainability for Schneider's Energy Management Business.

Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Kumar worked as a software engineer and business consultant for Infosys in both India and California. He earned his MBA from HEC Paris, Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School, and his Bachelor of Engineering from Thapar Institute of engineering, India.

Mohammed Fouad is currently the Eng. Mgr at [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric). Prior to that, they were with [Siemens Energy](/org/siemens-energy) from May 2019 to April 2021 as Sales & Marketing Operations - Bid Strategy where they were responsible for developing commercial and technical strategies for power generation services projects in the Americas market (60hz). 

Before that, from January 2017 to April 2019, they were with Siemens as Sales & Marketing Operations - Product Marketing & Business Models where they were Global Marketing within power generation services sales operations business unit working across global and regional functions focused on driving accelerated business growth. 

During their time there, they creatively developed commercial and technical strategies for competitive projects on power generation technologies, launched major components exchange program business model and landed initial reference customers securing two significant contracts worth $8 million. Mohammed also led the development and implementation of business models “Go To Market” strategy including researching potential customers, developing customer value proposition and creating marketing material. Additionally, they built a solid pipeline for global forecasted opportunities of $20 million and maintained the sales tunnel by tracking opportunities in the CRM tool (salesforce.com). Mohammed also preformed training to internal stakeholders (regional sales and project managers) to establish product/business model awareness, market competencies and competitive positioning. Lastly, they led the global marketing intelligence pricing efforts for different product lines to ensure price transparency and competitive offering.

Jill Lee began their career in 1997 as a Siemens engineer. Jill quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a Senior VP and Group Chief Diversity Officer by 2010. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's global transformation program.

In 2011, Lee left Siemens to join Neptune Orient Lines (NOL) as their Senior VP of Finance Strategy and Investments. Jill helped the company navigate the global financial crisis and played a key role in NOL's successful turnaround.

In 2012, Lee joined ABB as their Regional CFO and Senior VP. Jill was also a member of the China Management Board. During their time at ABB, Lee held board seats on several JV and wholly-owned ABB entities in China.

In 2015, Lee was promoted to Group Senior VP and Head of Next Level Program Management (global transformation program) at ABB. Jill held this position until 2018 when they left to join [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric) as a Non Executive Board Member.

Hilary Maxson is the Chief Financial Officer at [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric). Hilary has held this position since January 2019. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Energy Management at [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric) from May 2017 to January 2019. In this role, they were responsible for the financial, risk, and transformation leadership of Schneider's €20 billion energy management business. This included 5 business units with worldwide leadership in low and medium voltage as well as secure power. 

From November 2014 to May 2017, Ms. Maxson served as the CFO of Asia for The AES Corporation. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of finance for AES’s operations in Asia, which spanned 13 countries and nearly $3 billion in revenue. 

Ms. Maxson began their career at Arthur Andersen LLP in 1997 and spent 6 years there in various roles in the assurance practice before moving to AES in 2003. At AES, they spent 11 years in a variety of finance roles including Director of Investor Relations and Treasurer before being named CFO of Asia in 2014.

Prior to their current position, they worked as a Marketing Communications Specialist at COSEC from October 2008 to April 2012. As a Marketing Communications Specialist, their main responsabilities included the implementation of marketing plan initiatives, definition and implementation of communication and media plans, participation in marketing projects, creation of external and internal communication and contents, coordination and organization of company events, website/online strategy definition and analysis, and description of commercial procedures. Throughout their career, Rita has demonstrated their ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and has consistently produced high-quality work. Peter is Chief Digital Officer and Member of the Executive Committee of [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric) starting on June 1st, 2020. Since March 2017, Peter Weckesser serves as Airbus Defence and Space’s Digital Transformation Officer as well as a member of the Executive Committee. He joined Airbus from Siemens, where he has been the COO of Product Lifecycle Management, leading the Siemens IoT and Digital Enterprise business and activities. Prior to this, he held various executive-level positions at Siemens, being CEO of Industry Services and CEO of Value Service Business Unit, as well as Vice-President of “Human Machine Interface”.Peter Weckesser’s experience in Siemens spans around 20years.

Between 1997, when he began his professional career at the company, and 2004, he was working in various roles in product management and development. In 2004 he accepted a new position as Director of Business Development and moved to Atlanta, where he led the business growth program in the Siemens Automation Business in the USA until 2007. Barbara leads [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric)’s global Industrial Automation Business and has served on the company’s Executive Committee since 2019.

Barbara joined [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric) in 2016 as Country President of Germany, and expanded her scope to Zone President of DACH in 2017 (including Germany, Austria and Switzerland). In 2019, she was appointed Executive Vice President, European Operations and a member of the Executive Committee. 

Barbara started her career as a development project manager for motors and drives at ABB Schweiz AG. She held various senior management positions in the ABB Group, including regional responsibility as Country Manager Czech Republic, Regional Manager for the Mediterranean in Italy, and leadership of the worldwide drives business.

Barbara holds a PhD in Electrical Machines from ETH Zurich, and an MBA from IMD Lausanne.

Philippe Delorme is [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric)’s Executive Vice President of Europe Operations since April 2022 and serves on its Executive Committee.

Philippe leads a passionate team that provides world-leading technologies, software and services to deliver efficiency and sustainability to customers in Europe, contributing to the development of Europe’s agenda to accelerate green and digital transformation.

With over 25 years’ experience at [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric), Philippe led various operational teams in the U.S. and France at the start of his career, before moving into global roles. In 2009, Philippe became Schneider’s Chief Strategy & Technology Officer and, since 2011, he has led different global businesses. In 2019, Philippe was appointed Executive Vice President of Energy Management and he has been a member of Schneider’s Executive Committee since 2009.

Philippe graduated from the Centrale Paris engineering school and holds an MBA from Sciences Po Paris in France.

Jean-Pascal Tricoire joined [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric) in 1986. He was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in 2006 and named Chairman & CEO in April 2013. His career at [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric) has developed largely outside France in operational functions in Italy, China, South Africa and USA. Within the General Management, he served as Vice Executive President of the International Operating Division from 2002 before being appointed in 2004 Chief Operating Officer (COO). Moreover, Jean-Pascal is President of the France-China Committee since 2009. Jean-Pascal holds a degree in Electronic Engineering and a MBA.

Chris Leong is a driven leader with extensive experience across continents and disciplines including organization and digital transformation, business strategies, sales and marketing across B2C and B2B industries.

Chris started with [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric) in January 2012 and in March 2015, she was appointed as Chief Marketing Officer, part of the [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric) Executive Committee Leadership Team. She is responsible for making marketing a competitive advantage for the company – building a strong purpose-led brand and leveraging digital to increase customer intimacy and drive business growth. Prior to her appoint as CMO, Chris served as the Executive Vice President, Digital Customer Experience, leading a key company transformation in digitization to deliver a more effective and engaging customer experience.

Previously, Chris led Nokia Greater China, Korea & Japan region, a US$8b P&L operations. During her six and a half years tenure at Nokia, Chris also held various global roles including Senior Vice President Global Marketing, where she was responsible for Nokia's Go-To-Market, brand and marketing with US$1b investment across 80 markets.

Prior to joining Nokia, Chris held various senior management roles in marketing communications firms, including WPP agencies Bates Asia (Hong Kong and Singapore), Ogilvy Europe (London, UK) and Grey Global Group (Singapore and Malaysia) working with global brand leaders such as P&G, Ford, [HSBC](/org/hsbc), [Heineken](/org/heineken) and various telecommunication brands.

As Executive Vice President of [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric)’s Energy Management business, Olivier is responsible for the entire Energy Management portfolio of world-leading technologies, software and services. Olivier is an active promoter of Sustainability and “Electricity 4.0” the fastest route to a net zero world that is more electric and more digital.

Olivier has been a member of the Executive Committee since 2014. In his previous role as Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer, Olivier led the development of Corporate Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Sustainability and Quality. Prior to that, Olivier led Schneider’s People Strategy as Chief Human Resources Officer between 2014 and 2020.

Olivier began his career at [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric) in 1993 in his home country of France. He has been living and working in Asia for the last two decades, where he has held leadership positions as the Regional Head of Strategy for China and the Regional Managing Director for India, before taking on the global role of Executive Vice President for the Home & Distribution Division based in Hong Kong.

Olivier has been a Non-Executive Director on both AVEVA Group PLC (as Remuneration Committee member) and Delta Dore Boards since 2020.

In 2019, Olivier received France’s Chief Human Resources Officer of the Year Award from Cadremploi, Morgan Phillips Hudson, Le Figaro Décideurs and Fyte, in recognition of how he transformed Schneider’s leadership and culture at a global scale. Abha Dogra joined [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric) as Chief Product Officer for Digital Products, where she was focused on driving digital transformation through technology innovation. In her new role, she leads [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric)’s AI and automation strategy to apply AI at scale. Dogra joined Schneider with extensive experience in diverse areas of Enterprise Solution Delivery and SaaS-based business services, after serving as Division Vice President of Global Products Development at PTC, CTO and Vice President of Engineering at [Akamai Technologies](/org/akamai-technologies), CTO of Global Technology and Enterprise Architecture at [Iron Mountain](/org/iron-mountain), and Head of Architecture and Technology at ADP. She demonstrates a wealth of knowledge and accomplishments in leadership, technology, software, and engineering in her over 20-year-career.

Abby Gabriel has been at the company for over 10 years, most recently in the role of Vice President, Strategic Marketing, Digital Energy and Secure Power. Formerly with APC by [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric), she kicked off her marketing career as Marketing Program Manager and worked her way up to Director of Communications, eventually transitioning into the Global Marketing Organization. In her new role, Gabriel has the mission to nurture a leading marketing team in delivering the brand ambition for the North America market, including establishing [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric) as a leader in sustainability and digitization. She stewards the organization’s focus on digital customer experience and best-in-class web and digital experience and ensure marketing is delivering a strong commercial impact across e-commerce and digital marketing.

Since 2019, he was Executive Vice President [Digital Energy](/org/digital-energy) Division of [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric). From 2014 to 2018, Laurent oversaw the EcoBuilding Division in Boston (USA). Prior to this role, from 2011 to 2014, Laurent was based in Canada as Senior Vice President of the Solar Business of [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric).

Since joining Schneider in 2004, he has held several senior leadership roles including Vice President of the CST Industry Division from 2008 to 2011. From 2006 to 2008, he was General Manager CST Industry Americas.

Before joining [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric), Laurent was a consultant for [McKinsey & Company](/org/mckinsey-company).

Laurent holds an MBA from [INSEAD](/org/insead) and a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from [Ecole Polytechnique](/org/ecole-polytechnique) (France).

Nadège is the Chief Innovation Officer of [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric) and a member of its Global Executive  Committee. Nadege is responsible for the external Innovation activities of [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric) including the corporate venture arm SE Ventures, incubations, partnerships, joint ventures and the eMobility and solar businesses.

Aamir Paul is the Executive Vice President of North America Operations and a member of the Global Executive Committee for Schneider Electric. In this role, he leads the commercial operations for Canada, Mexico, and the United States to deliver best-in-class solutions for partners and end-users across our Energy Management and Industrial Automation businesses.

Prior to his role, Aamir served as the U.S. Country President for more than three years responsible for its commercial operations. He has also led Business Operations and the National Sales team for the U.S. since joining the company in 2013.  

Before arriving at Schneider Electric, Aamir worked at Dell for more than a decade, where he held several key roles of increasing responsibility in both North America and Europe. He served as Dell’s Senior Vice President of Server Solutions, leading the development and execution of the company’s go-to-market strategy for all key markets and customer segments worldwide. He also had global sales responsibility for Data Center Solutions (DCS) and High-Performance Computing (HPC), focusing on the top 100 customer relationships.

Earlier in his career, Aamir worked as a Process Engineer at AlliedSignal (now a part of Honeywell). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL and has completed advanced management studies at University of Chicago Booth and INSEAD. Aamir serves as a board of director for the National Association of Electrical Distributors, ETAP and the Executives’ Club of Chicago.

Gwenaelle is Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer of Schneider Electric and a member of the Executive Committee since April 1, 2022. Gwenaelle leads the development of Corporate Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions and Divestment activities, Sustainability, and Customer Satisfaction & Quality.

Prior to her current position, Gwenaelle led Schneider’s Corporate Strategy as SVP, Corporate Strategy and Energy Management Strategy between March 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining Schneider Electric, Gwenaelle worked at ENGIE (formerly GDF SUEZ) from 2010 to 2021, first as Senior Vice-President for European and Regulatory Affairs, then as Chief Executive Officer of ENGIE France Renewable Energy, and in her last role as part of the Executive Committee of Engie, serving as the Chief Executive Officer of ENGIE North America and in charge of the Global Business Line on Renewable Energies.

She started her career in scientific research at the French National Research Institute and the French Atomic Energy Commission on nuclear energy, before joining the World Bank as a consultant in Washington D.C. She also worked for the Service of the Prime Minister in France within the General Secretary for European affairs overseeing energy and competitiveness matters, and as the advisor for various ministers.

Gwenaelle is an Independent Director at the Board of Air France-KLM since May 2021. She has been nominated as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. In 2019, she received a Knight of the National Order of Merit in France.

Gwenaelle holds a degree in Physics and Chemistry from the Ecole Normale Supérieure in Cachan, a post-graduate diploma in Molecular Chemistry from France’s Ecole Polytechnique, and an engineering degree from the Corps des Ponts et Chaussées.   

She is currently located in Boston MA, United States.

Annette Clayton serves as the chief executive officer for [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric) North America. Clayton is responsible for the region’s business strategy, developing and fostering new growth business models specifically in the areas of sustainability, decarbonization and renewables. In her role she is partnering with innovators, industry and governments to further the mission towards an all-electric world. She is a member of the company’s Executive Committee.

Clayton has led the execution of the North America region comprised of 30,000 employees that generated sales of more than $8.5 billion in 2021. Through December 2019, she also held the title of Chief Supply Chain Officer and led the $13.4 billion Global Supply Chain (GSC) operation. GSC is comprised of about 86,000 employees and encompasses 207 manufacturing factories and 98distribution centers in 44 countries that [Gartner](/org/gartner) ranked as No. 4 globally in their annual Top 25 list. Clayton’s scope also included overseeing the company’s Customer Satisfaction & Quality, and Safety, Environment and Real Estate organizations.

Prior to joining [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric) in 2011, Clayton served as the vice president, Global Operations, Dell, and led the transformation of its global supply chain and fulfillment model aimed at providing the lowest cost and best value of products for the company’s wide array of customers. She previously served as the vice president, Dell Americas Operations, and oversaw the manufacturing and fulfillment operations in the Americas region. Clayton was also responsible for the commercial order management and customer care operations for the region’s 20 sites in 16 countries.

From 1983 to 2006 Clayton worked at General Motors Corporation in senior management roles, including the president of Saturn Corporation. In this capacity she oversaw its strategic direction, financial accountability, and profit and loss responsibility. She was also a member of the company’s North American Strategy Board and served as the vice president of Quality, among other production, engineering and management positions.

Mourad Tamoud serves as the executive vice president of the Global Supply Chain organization for [Schneider Electric](/org/schneider-electric). Mourad’s role includes responsibility for Operations, Transformation, Logistics and Network Design, and the facilitation of the overall supply chain community including the business supply chain leadership. In this capacity, Mourad drives the strategic agenda for the organization where we have made significant investments that have yielded positive returns for the Group.
