Michael Werner

Michael Werner has extensive work experience in various engineering and management roles. Michael most recently worked as a Project Engineer at Amazon since October 2020. Prior to that, they were the Director of Customer Services at Schneider Packaging Equipment Co., Inc. starting from January 2019. From 2013 to 2018, they served as a Project Manager and Engineering Manager at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. Michael has also held positions at General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products, University of Vermont, New Paradigm Automation, and Hallam Associates, where they gained valuable experience in program management, project engineering, design engineering, and automation systems.

Michael Werner earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont, where they studied from 1991 to 1994. After a gap in their education, they pursued further studies at the Stevens Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Management, specializing in Project Management. In 2017 and 2018, Michael attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and completed a Professional Certificate in Architecture and Systems Engineering, focusing on the use of models and methods to manage complex systems.
