Heather Tompkins

Heather Tompkins has extensive experience in sales operations and account management since joining Schneider in June 2014. Currently serving as Sales Operations Manager, Heather manages strategic accounts with significant shipment volumes, coaches team members, and leads monthly strategy meetings. As an Account Manager, responsibilities included analyzing market data, scheduling shipments, and providing exceptional customer service. Heather also excelled as a Logistics Sales Account Executive, managing multiple accounts and achieving top production status. Education includes a B.S.B.A in Marketing and Management from the University of Arkansas, complemented by a background in supervisory roles during university studies.
