Cathy Otero

Cathy Otero has experience working as a Membership and Marketing Director at Santa Maria Valley YMCA, as well as a Volunteer Director at the Countywide Volunteer Program. Cathy also works as an interviewer at the Scholarship Foundation of Santa Barbara. In addition, Cathy has worked as a Bilingual Instructional Aide at Santa Maria Bonita School District. With a strong background in volunteer management and bilingual education, Cathy is dedicated to serving their community.
