Alyssa Perlman

Alyssa Perlman has built an extensive career in the field of HR and benefits management. Alyssa started as a Legal Intern at the Law Office of Terry Finkelstein in 2007. Moving forward, Alyssa gained experience at ghg | greyhealth group as a Human Resources Intern in 2011 and later held roles as HR Benefits Coordinator and Human Resources Administrative Assistant. Alyssa then progressed to Danone where they served in various positions, including Total Rewards Coordinator, Benefit Specialist, Benefits & Wellness Specialist for North America, and Benefit Program Manager. Alyssa then advanced to UiPath, working their way up from Benefits Manager to Senior Global Benefits Manager and, finally, Director of Global Benefits. Currently, Alyssa holds the position of Head of Employee Benefits at Schonfeld since 2023. Throughout their career, Alyssa has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing employee benefits programs and understands the importance of a holistic approach to employee well-being.

Alyssa Perlman completed their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Connecticut in 2012. At the same time, they also earned a Bachelor of Science in Management: International Business from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
