Wilhelm John

Wilhelm John began their work experience in 1997 as a Systems Engineer at Frontier Communications, where they stayed until 2007. In 2010, they joined The School District of Philadelphia as a Senior Enterprise Systems Engineer. Later, they were promoted to Principal Engineer in June 2023.

Wilhelm John earned a Bachelor of Science in Cloud Computing from Western Governors University between 2018 and 2021. In addition, they obtained several certifications including the Certified Internet Webmaster Security Analyst (CIW) from CIW, CompTIA Project+ and CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA, Linux Enterprise Professional Certification (LPIC-3) from the Linux Professional Institute, CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA A+ from CompTIA, and ITIL Foundation Level from AITIL Asesores AGILE ITIL, all in the years 2018 and 2019. Lastly, Wilhelm obtained various certifications from Linux Academy, such as DevOps Essentials, Docker Quick Start, Git Quick Start, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (twice), AWS Concepts, Ansible Quick Start, and DevOps Essentials. Wilhelm also earned the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon in January 2018.
