Michael Villarosa

Instructor at School of PE

Michael Villarosa, P.E. is a Principal Engineer at Orange County Government, NY, since February 2017, overseeing transportation and highway-related projects, managing County and consultant project progress, and enforcing quality standards. Concurrently, Michael serves as an instructor for the School of PE, teaching the Water Resources section of the Professional Engineering exam review course, and has been an adjunct professor at Rockland Community College. Prior experience includes roles as Project Engineer and Senior Engineer at KC Engineering & Land Surveying, P.C., where Michael managed municipal water and wastewater projects, and research assistant at Manhattan College, focusing on environmental engineering studies. Michael holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Manhattan University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Physics & Engineering from the State University of New York Cortland.
