Chris Kays has worked in a variety of roles in the marketing and ecommerce industries since 2003. Theirwork experience includes being a Customer Service Representative at Fifth Third Bank from 2003 to 2007, a Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager at the Warren County Convention & Visitors Bureau from 2007 to 2011, an Online Marketing Manager at F+W Media, Inc. from 2011 to 2012, a Digital Content Merchandiser at Cornerstone Brands from 2012 to 2014, and a Marketing Manager and Ecommerce Specialist at School Outfitters from 2014 to present.

Chris Kays received their MBA in Consumer Marketing from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business in 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Business Administration from Transylvania University between 1997 and 2001.
