Amy Hamilton has worked in various roles since 2004. Amy began their career as an Art Education Intern at the Contemporary Arts Center in 2004. In 2007, they joined School Outfitters as a Marketing Project Supervisor, where they planned and executed website improvements to increase online and offline conversion, determined A/B testing ideas and priorities to improve user experience and lead conversion, and led and executed the creation of testing schedules, created and coordinated team project lists with upper management and other teams. Amy also worked as an Ecommerce Specialist, optimizing landing pages to improve website and offline funnel conversion, driving online and offline sales and profitability by working closely with analytics, content and search to sculpt paid and natural traffic with the ultimate goal to acquire and retain desired customer types, and working with buyers and sales to monitor market trends and maintain the company's competitive position. Amy Hamilton has a BA in Art History from the University of Cincinnati, which they obtained between 2001 and 2006. Amy also holds certifications from BrightEdge, Zumba, and the American Red Cross, which they obtained in 2019, 2018, and 2013 respectively.
