Rasha Rawas has a long and varied work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Sales Consultant for School Outfitters. The year prior, they were a Marketing Assistant for webFEAT Complete. In 2020, they worked as a Client Advocate for First Financial Bank. In 2019, they were a Sales Executive for Riviera Hotel & Beach Resort. From 2017 to 2016, they worked for Galleria Hotel Beirut in two roles: Senior Sales and Marketing Executive and Sales Marketing Executive. In 2016, they were a Sales Advisor for Parfums Christian Dior. In 2015, they were a Chalet Manager for Dubai Airshow. In 2014, they worked for two companies: Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts as a Front Desk Agent and Four Seasons Resort as a Banquet Server.

Rasha Rawas earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism from the Lebanese American University in 2016. Her field of study was Hospitality Administration/Management. In 2018, they obtained a certification in Brand and Systems Services from the Louvre Hotels Group.
